well hellloooo!!! i don't do this kind of thing often, so bare with me! it's 5:15 in the morning and we're still going strong...well, actually we're beginning to fade...slowly. how many shades of black are there? i think nicole likes the darkest shade.
kim is making herself useful and coloring balloons...nicoles not so useful.
i want a sandwhich, perhaps a turkey, cheese and mayo on a good roll. mmmm... with a rootbeer to wash it all down with. mmm...

Okay important Caplan related entry--copy/pasted from what I said on the BB's haha
We're putting Matt's CD up on Attitude's site for $14. When Matt sells his CD through CDbaby, they take out about $4 a cd. Through us,the boy will be making $13 a cd. It totally adds up, and it'll help get his CD and single out sooner.
So, even if you have Overtones...if you have $14, I ask that you buy another copy if you can. Even if he sells 10 cds, thats $130 which is definitely going to help him with the cost and get us new CD's sooner!
Also, all Street Team Leaders MUST have Overtones haha. Plus, Matt wants to phase it out in a year, and I know so many people either lost their copy of the Demo or became fans too late, and you don't want to miss out on having Overtones, so stock up!

Remember, it's completely helping Matt's career, and helping you guys have a new cd asap!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that Matt's street team is ready to be put together!
If you'd like to be a member, please email me at CaplanStreetTeam@aol.com with your name, age, city/state, and whether or not you own "Overtones"
If you'd like to be a Team leader, email me at the address mentioned above, and in addition to that information please add why you think you'd be a great Team Leader for your state, a good idea you have for promotion, and if the email address you're emailing me from isn't the one you want the other leaders/teamers to have, let me know that as well.
Those interested in being State Leaders:
Please know that it will be time consuming, and you will be expected to report back to me at times about how everything is going in your state, which I will then report to Matt. You will not only be responsible for regular member things such as handing out flyers and such, but you will be the one to make sure that the members in your area are doing their job, making sure record stores in your area know about him (try to convince them to order CD's from his site!), and like I said before, letting me know how things are going.
If you're not selected to be a state leader, please don't feel bad, there's just some states that have a lot more people applying than others! Also, you must apply for the state that you attend school, because promo must begin immediately.

1. Have you seen RENT? Yeah I'd say so LOL
2. How many times have you seen it? 21 I believe?
3. Do you remember the date of your RENT-iversary (the first time you saw RENT)? July 2004
4. Which casts have you seen? Just bway
5. How many different cities did you see the show in? NY haha
6. How long was your longest rush?
7. Did you ever win the lotto? Yeah out of my 21 times, only bought tickets once lol
8. Did you ever see 2 shows in 1 day and/or all 4 shows in 1 weekend? Nah...I wouldn't with this cast to be quite honest lol.
9. Who's your favorite character? Cast member? Character would be Roger and Mark...both of them put together is me lol. Cast member...as a person, Cary, Jay, Jeremy, Caren, Enrico, Karmine, D'Monroe, Owen and Mayumi (and Matt pre-asshole days). Performance wise? Easy. Jeremy and Mark Ford.
10. How long has it been since you've seen the show? a little over 3 weeks. Which gets me yelled at by D'Monroe at least once a week lol.
11. Most memorable rent blooper? Definitely Matt with the projector, when he couldnt plug it in and he does and goes "YES!" and then it unplugs and he goes "D'OH!" and runs back, and I'm trying SO hard not to laugh and hide my face behind Jill's shoulder. And then, all of the sudden I hear Matt laughing and not singing, and Jill starts hitting me laughing and going "turn around!" and Matt was so amused by my reaction that he was cracking up, and then Cary turns around and sees us and starts cracking up. That was fuckin hilarious
12. Memories of your first show? With Sarah and two of her friends, and I was horribly depressed when Angel died, and cried hysterically through Goodbye Love.
13. How much Rent crap do you own? Not much lol. I like making my own RENT stuff instead of having what everyone else has.
14. How far have you traveled for Rent? Uh...from brooklyn to manhattan? haha
15. Shows you wish you could have seen? The OBC, MattRoger (just for laughs), and CarenMaureen I still have yet to see
16. Most memorable Rent performance? Probably my birthday...being there with Jill, Jess, Nicole, and Sarah was so fun and so memorable. Plus Owen said happy birthday to me from the stage during bows which was cute. And everyone remembered it was my birthday and I got 342874 hugs, and Mayumi sang happy birthday. Another memorable one was JayMark, because he became my favorite Mark very, very fast. Oh and of course, my last Jeremy show :(
But now I change my most memorable performance answer to the student workshop. In a bad way and a good way. I set up the whole thing and brought my Key Club. The good? Hanging out with Jeremy and Owen for hours, and most importantly, being on stage at the Neder was a dream come true. Plus seeing the show touch my friends to the point of them being in tears. The bad? The show sucked, practically the whole cast sucked that day, D'Monroe and Mark called out, and it was all these teenagers screaming "I LOVE YOU DREW!!" even during the fucking reprise. Although it was interesting seeing Drew really, really fucking pissed off for the first time ever lol.
17. Dream cast as many roles in Rent (on stage or the film) as you want: Mine's not all that out there lol. Here are people that I've decided should be permanent and switching off so I can see them all, all the time.
Mark: Jay, Drew, and Matt once he learns to take the role seriously again.
Roger: Jeremy, Cary (and Owen every now and then)

14 days 10 hours and 2 minutes until Cary's gig and hotel with my girls
70 days 6 hours and 32 minutes until Mayumi returns
Goooood times.
Except like....70 days is waaaay too long. Can she come back tomorrow? K, thanks.
Oh and I'm making Mark Ford come back to RENT today, I have decided.

Okay so I think I'm going to Wi3 today. Now I'm not exactly feeling up to it, at all, I'm really really not, but I think I'm going anyways lol. I really miss Mark Richard Ford and wouldn't mind a Cary hug at all right about now. I refused to go to school on time today. Refused. lol I stayed home my first period and i'm cutting my second here in my guidance counselors office right now lol.
I wish we knew for sure if Cary was leaving or not. I told D' that I'm doing the show this weekend but honestly, unless Cary's leaving I kinda don't need to see the show til August (cause hi, august 9th, mayumiiiii).
And now I'm bored and feeling crappy and wondering why I'm in school. Ugh I'm cutting 8th but I can't go home cause I did that too many times these last couple of weeks. I have to get home at 2:15, miss one life to live which kinda makes going not even worth it honestly lol, shower and be out by 2:45 the latest to be there at 4. I might be a little late and that'd suck but I'm pretty content with just chillin in the back.
Blah I'm bored, hoping someones on to comment back and forth with me for a half hour cause I'm seriously...ridiculously bored.

Due to my being up talking to everyone until almost 5am and exhausting myself from laughing so hard, I couldn't wake up for RENT. Well, I woke up, and then was like "meh lets set the alarm for an hour later" and then was like "hmm...lets turn it off and if I wake up on my own, it's meant to be" about 10 minutes after that. And then I woke up at 11:15 and was like "yeeeeah guess I won't make it for lotto" LOL
So help me god if Call Out Caplan struck today. Unless Colin was on. But seriously missing JayMark is not allowed to happen. That man is THE best Mark ever and just...yeah.
I'm such a loser lmao after I fell back asleep I had a dream that it was this crazy castlist involving some of the OBC, and Jeremy and Maggie. Although, even DreamKim can't get the castlist right, because I'd have to involve JayMark, and CarenMaureen instead of Maggie even though I love her to death. And there was no Gordon or Alexi on the cast list and I was confused. I lost lotto and the cheapest tix were $40, but I only had $39 and they wouldn't let me in. How sad. Stupid dream. LOL
Oh well, I decided going next Sunday would be better cause I'll need to unwind after my SAT's Saturday lol.
Heather, Jill, Helena, Lori, Nicole....we must have chats like that more often cause we're seriously such crazy fucks LOL.
Seriously I'm so excited about time with the girls tomorrow. SO excited. And then again with everyone at the Wi3 reading, Tuesday at 4 at the china club *plug* lol And the Cary gig which is only *looks at countdown thing on phone* 16 days, 9 hours, and 18 minutes away, and camping out with Sarah for backstreet passes the night before, and then meeting backstreet, and then seeing Jon, and then Cary GiGing (new word? lol) and hotel with the girls, and softball that thursday cause I can haha and then Ryan in his new show on Friday....and then totally not the whole week after that where I have massive regents lol.
God last night was too funny to be true LOL

Oh well, SO excited about Monday with Jill, Jess and Heather. So excited. And for Tuesday's Wi3 reading with everyone. Yay for Caren and Cary-ness on a random Tuesday lol.
Anyways, I'm really amazingly thankful for my girls. They always manage to cheer me up without even knowing it, and tonight was no exception. <333

For the record, I love Helena and Nicole and Lori and Jill and Heather. But not really Jill. She kinda sucks.
But the rest of them make me really happy and laugh insane amounts and I just love them to death. And doormat, asspat, reallyphat, and molerat as well. My favorite people ever.
